Far from any map lies the Shifting Vale, where reality warps at every stitch. In its heart stands Yarnstone Academy, a spired castle knit from living vines and ever-changing yarn. Legend says the very walls remember every spell sewn into their threads—and that the founder, a rogue tailor wizard, once used the castle’s seams to trap a nightmare.
Today, three grand halls stretch beneath its roof—each a loom for different magics. Students chase flame and starlight, herbs and stories, shadows and silence, all under the watchful eyes of animate tapestries that murmur secrets in their sleep. Every year, the Loomkeeper chooses new apprentices—each destined to test the limits between pattern and chaos, light and dark, dream and memory…

Why Luna came to Yarnstone:
Luna grew up mapping constellations in her grandmother’s observatory, but her grandmother’s old telescope was missing its lens. Luna taught herself to spin star thread so she could “weave the sky back together.” She joined Sparkwing to learn how to mix courage with creativity—and light the darkest nights.
